Looking for a Home

I like this one. Freestanding house in Nava Ade. Plain, nothing fancy, but the right size for us, and nice enough inside. All tile floors, no carpet. A little courtyard in the back. Two car garage.

Or this one, which is an attached condo and doesn't look so appealing from the front, but it's cute inside, with sunlight and tall ceilings. It's the back garden that I like. There's a lot I could do with that stone scape and yard. It also has a two car garage.

There's this one, which is a little too pricey for us, and a little too roomy, but I do love the interior. It's really nice. The back yard is small but has levels and possibilities. The neighborhood is one we want. The price is manageable if we don't buy much else, like new furniture.

There are a few others I might consider, but Santa Fe is a tough real estate market. Low inventory, the nice homes move fast, and not much is in our middle price range. Lots of million dollar homes, though. And lots of small ranches.

But not much in our zone. We keep looking.
