I edited what the realtor had originally written -- things like granite countertops (we don't have them, ours are Corian, it's dismaying that no house will sell without granite) and I wanted to stress that we have OWNED solar panels, not leased, generating no electric usage bill, (not just reduced utility costs, which is "realtor speak"). That makes a big difference to buyers who value solar, and I'm hoping to attract some. Are you out there, solar buyers?
We'll see after Monday if anybody thinks this is a "must see" or not.
