A Little Jellybean

Are you ready for Easter, Grammy? It's Sunday.

Yes I am. I have purple irises in a vase and they look like Eastertime to me. 

And there are purple pansies outside too. They always make me think of Easter because they like cold springtime and don't even mind some snow. They're not too crazy about our New Mexico springtime winds though.

I'm hiding, Grammy, behind a tree here. I heard that's a thing at Easter, hiding stuff and then there is a hunt for them.

Yes. They hide eggs and jellybeans and little girls look for them. You'll like that. We don't have Easter eggs or candy here, just purple flowers.
