You thought from the title of this post I was going to tell you about the incredible art scene in Santa Fe -- the galleries, Canyon Road, The Indian Art Institute, Georgia O'Keefe's museum. Exhibitions, art shows. Painting classes and sculpture studios. Fine art, concept art, Spanish colonial paintings, Pueblo decorative arts, contemporary visual installations.

But we also have art going on in our garage and it's fun to watch it develop.
Jim is happy here in New Mexico, and I can tell because the mini easel has been taken out of storage and he has set up his studio next to his work bench, and he found a tube of yellow paint.
